You will be responsible for everything from formulating IT strategies and implementing solutions to maximizing business value, all aimed at solving management challenges. As a "partner" to our clients, you will collaborate with them, sharing your expertise and driving business growth.
*We will assign you to projects that match your skills and aspirations, ranging from upstream processes to business design, rather than just development.

Experience in any of the following

• Experience in implementing packaged systems (ERP, etc.) or defining requirements; experience in system development.
• Experience in planning and improvement at a consulting firm or business company.
  *Even if you have no prior experience in the industry, IT, or consulting, we welcome applicants who possess the following strengths and wish to excel in upstream system development or IT consulting.
• Accounting knowledge (certified public accountant, tax accountant, bookkeeping, or practical experience in accounting)
• English proficiency

• Practical experience in business development
• Management and operation of a department/division as a manager

• IT/DX strategy formulation and roadmap creation; experience in BPR (Business Process Reengineering).
• Team lead or project management (PM/PMO) experience
