At NTT Data Group, he was involved in project management and implementation consulting for system implementation projects. He has extensive experience in the IT field, including project management and customer support for ERP and business system implementations, primarily for large corporations. In 2025, he founded Unovia Co., Ltd. and assumed the position of Representative Director. He supports sustainable growth by assisting companies with the implementation of business systems and strengthening their business foundations through the use of IT.

After working at Dentsu International Information Service (now Dentsu Research Institute) and PwC Consulting, he assumed his current position in 2026. He has extensive experience in the IT/DX field, ranging from large-scale system development/implementation projects to providing ongoing support for resolving issues within client organizations. His areas of expertise include cross-organizational project management, organizational reform, and change management to achieve transformation.

Professor, Department of Information Science, Faculty of Science and Technology, Meiji University; Director, Meiji University Cybersecurity Research Institute; PhD (Engineering). Completed graduate studies at Tokyo University of Science. For over 25 years, he has consistently dedicated himself to research, education, and social implementation in the field of information security. Specializations include: security protocols, network access control, web tracking technologies, and digital influence operations. He contributes to protecting organizations' information assets and realizing a safe and secure digital society.
