1. Basic Stance on Quality
Our organization's mission is to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable legal and regulatory requirements, prioritizing quality in all aspects of our business activities. This policy is consistent with our organization's objectives, circumstances, and strategic direction.
2. Framework for Quality Objectives
This policy provides a framework for setting specific and measurable quality objectives at each department and level. These quality objectives should be aligned with this policy and reviewed regularly.
3. Satisfaction of applicable requirements
Our organization is committed to meeting customer requirements related to our products, services, and quality management systems (QMS), as well as applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Continuous improvement of the quality management system
Our organization is committed to continuously improving the effectiveness of our quality management system. We will drive process improvements through internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions, and other means to continuously raise quality levels.
5. Awareness/Availability
This policy will be maintained as documented information, communicated within the organization to ensure understanding and application, and made available in an appropriate format to stakeholders upon request.
6. Review
This policy will be reviewed at least once a year, or whenever there are significant changes in the business environment, laws and regulations, or risks, to ensure that it remains appropriate and effective.
